Wright let me rewrite the question if we download the clean patch on our pc via ps3 proxy server edit it and repack it back to a PKG and then use proxy server to trick the ps3 to download edited PKG rather than clean 1

Well, this was patched in i think it was the 2.50 fw update, i don't know why but sony are douches. If you try to install via proxy it will download i think but won't install due to it not being signed. If we can sign pkgs then yea this would work. At the moment im trying to get the net2ftp web client to work on the ps3 browser but it wont connect with filezilla server >.<
