There must be, The Unkn0wn and Hunter128 were hosting lobbies back in june without the Playstation jailbreak or decrypting the HDD, they said it was easier than the prestige hack, what could be easier than swapping and editing two files? hmmm which lead me to think somehow configuring the Ftp client net2ftp with the filezilla server together so you can download the pkg files,, only problem is we cant sign pkgs >.<

and did you try briding ur connection like hooking urps3 up to ur comp and trying ur filezilla server also turn off ur firewall.
