Ok, what you must have:

Spas-12
Slight of Hand
Infected frm a challenge lobby/host has been infected (So you have superfast reload).

This is very easy but it is AWSOME

1 - Hold down trigger (R1), you will shoot once.
2- Rapid-click reload (Square), your spas-12 will rapidfire untill it is unable to reload anymore.

Can be done with other guns like Intervention.

yeah i do this online you can do it with any gun M16 is gross with it. and so is FAL you dont have to keep tapping square you can hold it.
