Ok, what you must have:

Spas-12
Slight of Hand
Infected frm a challenge lobby/host has been infected (So you have superfast reload).

This is very easy but it is AWSOME

1 - Hold down trigger (R1), you will shoot once.
2- Rapid-click reload (Square), your spas-12 will rapidfire untill it is unable to reload anymore.

Can be done with other guns like Intervention.

Tried this with an intervention. Ehh not good..

Little late...but yea i went online with it the spas shoot fast on your screen but shoot single and slow and others so it don't work online.

Usually use it with the FAL.

I thought this was going to be like regular online..
