I havent been banned, and dont know of anybody that has... your pretty safe, sony dont do shit in the way of banning for modding 3rd party games

If you get banned its probably because Sony sniffed your PS jailbreak not because of the CL.
Also i remember Sony said they will not ban console for a games flaw.

Yes i did get banned from PSN, just a phone call to sony and say you know nothing of hacking and get a free £20 PSN card.

And no i dont think sony is realy banning people.
I Host PS3 Challenge lobbys and i dont get banned.
