even if you do get banned just make another account thats the great thing about ps3 its free to make up to 16 accounts at a time:black:

hunter128 and TheUnln0wn isn't banned yet so i think Sony won't bann for hacking CoD Game but for trophy hacking

people have been banned but thats not from other ps3 users he probly didn't even report you

From what I heard of is you can't get banned by hosting Challenge lobbies.. But Players can report you now for racial, abusive or rude conversations or Messages.

As far as it goes watch out for the messages you send out don't say anything really nasty PSN won't ban you for a flaw in a game they will ban you from the MW2 server .. This means you can still sign in but not online content for MW2. It will be the same for Black Ops as far as I know.PSN will ban for bad conduct in messages:derp:

Hacking on MW2 Sony cannot ban for. If you look in the report section on playstation's website the only ones who can physically ban you from hacking on MW2 would be Infinity Ward. But I highly doubt they would ban.

Sony can't ban you for a flaw in a game.
