in admin/host menu
force host, ranked match -> leave lobby -> make party -> search for online games

if it doesnt work:
-your party is too small (try with 6 or 9 people)
-invite people to lobby
-try other patch(es) (Unkn0wns 2.8.5 , v7/v8 by derektrotter have a good force host )

Yes I found that out a few days ago. It works 99% of the time!
