That is because the 11th Prestige hack is a type of prestige hack. However, prestige hacking was patched it the 1.11 update. If you notice, when your doing the 11th Prestige, you are required to put a .self into your MW2 folder. That is the .self from 1.10. Therefore, you would only be able to connect with friends who have the 1.10 .self. So, after your done with the 11th Prestige hack, delete your MW2 data, and re-install the 1.11 patch. Then, you should be able to connect with friends. Hope I helped
