Infinity Ward didn't make Black Ops, Treyarch did. Infinity Ward made MW and MW2, not Treyarch.

But, there's a new game every two years. It' sjust that IW and Treyarch are spaced so that when one is working, the other is putting out a new game. So MW3 will be 2011 or later.
