Its because you need a pkg. file to install when you put any patch with 11th option and when you do that you can then host 11th but its for host only and no1 can connect to your party.

you change your patch, if you notice your playing a completly different game because if you find a game you will be able to play 3rd person cage match.

Go find the default self file online or i know its in a post on here and copy that over with the comgenie file manager. then start up your game and do the prestige with the custom default self file it will stick then back out delete your MW2 patch off your ps3 start the game up so it will go back to the original default file. then if you want to host more lobbies you have to go and transfer the Patch_MP.ff back over =] any problems or questions or want me to do it just PM
