I have 1 problem .. I allready installed a patch but when i go to private match and starts ,it just like normal nothing have changed .

If nothing happens, not even in a private match then you have not patched the game.

You have to OVERWRITE the patch_mp.ff file located in your "GameData" folder.

dev_hdd0/game/BLUS30377/userdir (I believe thats the folder for USA games)

Once the file is overwritten, you should be able to press UP and access the menu

ok so overwrite the old patch with v9. then quit whatever you used to transfer the patch. go to your ps3 XMB then hold the power button on your ps3. YES YOU HAVE TO PUSH THE ACTUAL BUTTON ON YOUR PS3. Then turn ur ps3 back on and go to mw2 blah blah it should work.

You don't even need to restart the ps3, once its been added to that DIR, then you can just launch the game and VIOLA!
