Okey i downloaded a patch from NGU and then copied it in my gamefolder :dev_hdd0/game/BLES00683/userdir but when i start private match again still nothing ... What have i done wrong ?

Maybe the patch isn't your region?
I would recommend deleting your MW2 game data, and reinstalling the patch.
Make sure the the patch is being over written and not just amending to that folder
I.E
patch_mp.ff
patch_mp(2).ff

THANKS WORKED !! had to reinstall the patch
but i cant let friend join me any way i can let them join me ?
