Only thing i found was with FailBox.

Ugh dude just delete the patch you got atm and upload your new one. Simple as that.

It's much easier if you use FTP server because you don't have to put the new patch on usb and transfer it over. On FTP you connect via WIFI and send the patch over on that, thus saving time and it is much easier.

If you use open manager just do it the same way you put on the patch

copy the file on the usb to the replace patch_mp.ff with the patch

the steps (for 3.41 and Geohot 3.55)

-start ps3
-Comgenie Awesome Filemanager
-dev_hdd0/game/bles00683/usdir
-replace patch_mp.ff from hdd with one from the usb stick (you could also store them on the internal hdd)
-PS Button on Controller -> quit game
-start mw2
-done
