Most if not all patches are region free.

Transfer Patch off FTP to computer
Open with Hex Editor.
Open Custom Patch with Hex Editor
Control A Control C on the Custom Patch.
Control A Control V on the Real Patch.
Save the Real Patch
Transfer the real patch back over using FTP.
Restart the Console
GOOD JOB
