what does it mean
i know for some reason it gives me akimbo thumpers.

"Is Akimbo?"

And you would wrtie:

If yes:
self giveWeapon("m79_mp", 0, true);

If no:
self giveWeapon("m79_mp", 0, false);

Seems reasonable but when i try it for other guns it dont work must be for thumper only.

Maybe the guns don't support akimbo?

Keep in mind my theory could be completely wrong.

Thats exactly what it does. Akimbo true or false. Its just that not all guns support akimbo in the game so it doesn't work for them all..

And you see the "0" ? that does the camo. ( 8 is fall )

it Basically tells the menu wot to give/do,
An Easy Example = Like if you VIP Someone if will be something like
("Admin", False) ; So they only get VIP Menu not admin
