(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey guys, heres the problem, I have tried almost every patch out there with force host but no matter what I do I just sit in a lobby and all it says is "trying to join game 11/25....." Im pretty sure this is because my connection is terrible but I even tried to use wired instead of wireless and it still doesnt work. Please give me possible troubleshoot ideas or tips for improoving connection speed. thanks and if this is in wrong selection feel free to move and call me a noob or whatever, so yea, thanks in advance

1. your NAT must be open, anything else, and it won't work
2. use Derrek's v8.20FINAL (the v20 with the fixed force host)

if you try ffa your chances are higher my connection is horrible and thats what works best or try a party of 6

I have a Open NAT Type but it searches nd searches, When it finaly finds sum1 there there for a second then Vanish Hmm . /facepalm

my firend has same problem as you and i know for a fact it is that you most likely have a strict nat type not open like you to host. under your internet connection settings you can see if your nat type is nat type 1 nat type 2 or nat type 3 i run nat type to which is open most of the time on mw2. my friend had nat type 3 so his is strict. also when a game pick new host do you usually get kicked? thats a big sign o strict nat type you can tell what yours is right when you get to the menu where you pick find game or priivate match

@ main menu it just says "NAT Type: Moderate"
what does this mean?
