Any hacks for MW2 specifically, will remain on the console as the firmware update has no bearing to change files that don't belong to them.

However, 3.56 DOES!! break homebrew. All apps will cease to function and you will no longer be able to install any new homebrew. Also you will no longer be able to make changes to your current MW2 patch.
