did you change the usereloads in the gsc's to reload? that could be the problem if not tell me and i'll look into it...

It has done the same for me! its may be the type of computer you have it works on my Dell but dont work on my Toshiba. Sorry.

Okay Drake,

1. Make sure that you have converted the square action slot
2. I assume that your mod is already in STEAM format.
3. Place the folders into and .IWD file to do this add the folders and files to a zip archive but replace the extension with IWD
4. In your AlterIWNET directory create a folder called mods
5. Place the IWD mod inside the "mods" folder
6. Run AIW open the console and type "fs_game mods/modname.iwd"

How do I convert the square action slot? And what is steam format? I am the biggest n00b.

On PS3 and XBOX square is used for "use" and also for reloading.

You need to change anything in the files from +usereload to +reload and you are all set

To make things easier use Notepad++ to find the lines.
