I can't get 000136dc.dat
using:
offzip -a -z -15 patch_mp.ff ./ 0
comes up with errors for that file (22 of them work)

EDIT don't use this :embarrassed: i didn't realize that it doesn't extract all the .gscs /facepalm

I just installed BLUS 30377 1.12 on my JB PS3. (downloaded from PS Servers) then transferred the patch_mp.ff file to my PC. That BLUS patch_mp.ff is 236 KB. The BLUS is 229 KB. I don't know if the difference is just because of the region, or what. Here is that file.

Also the BLES patch_mp.ff decompress and re-compress mostly the same as the 1.11 patch_mp.ff. Offsets are different. I am going to experiment with the BLUS version now.
