Not that many ppl are on 3.55 ATM or data transfer, if CLs would return, it wouldn't hurt mw2 cause so few lobbies would be modded.

I decrypted 1.12 BLES00683 using ES35'S PS3 toolkit and its all the same stuff as 1.11 but just encrypted different
