Since GSC is blocked in 1.12, I cooked up this tool. It is online, so no need to download anything. Although you WILL need to use your brain.
To be clear to the noobs, this will CREATE a mod menu like in the COD4 days with save games.
It takes XML as input, and allows you to generate a mod menu to insert in to a patch.
You will need to rename _events.gsc in a 1.11 patch to buttons_default.cfg and put the generated code in.
If someone would like to record this, feel free to contact me.

Wow, people leech much. Ive gotten over 30 hits on my blog, and 80 views on here and only 2 replies. Seriously..
What do you guys think of it? Improvements, suggestions?
Oh and if anyone know a dvar to change the number of lines in the system text game chat or a command to clear the chat please let me know..
