Since GSC is blocked in 1.12, I cooked up this tool. It is online, so no need to download anything. Although you WILL need to use your brain.
To be clear to the noobs, this will CREATE a mod menu like in the COD4 days with save games.
It takes XML as input, and allows you to generate a mod menu to insert in to a patch.
You will need to rename _events.gsc in a 1.11 patch to buttons_default.cfg and put the generated code in.
If someone would like to record this, feel free to contact me.
