It's for both. There is a Page for CoD4 and a Page for MW2.

I was supplying my own codes which people can use to make their own patches or Challenge Lobbys etc. Happy

On a rational note, nobody "owns" these codes. From a legal stand point they are property of Infinity Ward. By the way, the first section of codes i.e. god, give all, ufo ect. do not work since they were patched when the game first came out. Those are the same codes that have been in the COD game engine for the past few years. These exact commands have been known by the public for quite some time now. That is exactly how the "UFO" hack worked in COD4.

Please don't claim things you don't own as yours. That would be considered stealing. Luckily this is a forum and there is no major consequences for this act. Although if you were caught stealing another person's credit in the workplace you could end up getting fired. Good luck to you in the future.
