I found them after some searching on google, and yes its only for host. (that command) (i am going to start testing it to be infect-able after my exams finish)

I tested your patch but for some reason my friend can't get infections. How do I get it working for them? Thanks in advance.

Yeah my friends didn't get the 11th prestige or anything. Can you better explain how the infections work please?? I would greatly appreciate it.
To infect:
1) Start a primate match
2) Choose the infection
3) End game
4) Tell the people in your lobby to go to splitscreen, create a NEW profile, go to settings and turn playstation network unlocks on, then start the game
5) They will get a black screen halway through loading the map and then when they go back online they should be infected!
