I'd also like to stay away from Jailbreaking my PS3 (I have 3.61 so it's impossible for now). I'd like to use the USB, and edit the files - but I am a nub at this.

So would it be possible to somehow edit or create a file under the split screen save profile (the one that includes MPDATA, PARAM.SFO, PARAM.PFD) so that I get offline-multiplayer hacks?

Simply, no. To create a mod menu you will need to edit a FastFile(.FF, requires 3.55 Jailbreak), and even then I don't think anybody has ever bothered w/ anything besides MP. Sorry

I guess there's no reason to do it split screen then. Once a new Jailbreak comes out, I'll try to do it for private match. Thanks though

Unlimited ammo, God Mode, and UFO Can't be infections unless u bypass. Unlimited ammo Is Patched, God Mode Is For Everyone In The Lobby, UFO Is Patched As Well and Wallhack can be an infection. Don't Think its Like COD4, u can use usb too mod lobbys, That was before mw2 got release soo it got patched. Soo Theres no Split Screen Hack Unless U wanna Mod Campaign And Spec ops all u need is The Unknowns CVAR tool.
