The Reason Your Friends Are Not Keeping Their 11th Prestige Is For Two Reasons; One Of These Is That They NEED To Kill A Bot Whilst In The Private Match. Secondly, They Then Need To Leave The Private Match And Simply Enter A Legit, Online Game, And Back Out. Now Their Chosen Rank Will Stand.
I Am Not Entirely Sure Why The Mods Are Not Working In A Public Ranked Match Other Than If You Are Not Host.

move section and how to become host either put force host on or try to be the first in the lobby and people join u..if it puts u in a lob then ur not host if people join ur lob and ur the first on in the lobby then ur ho$T
