You don't put it in your usb. YOu put it on your computer and press start blocking. Then go to your ps3 and to internet settings. CHange nothing but turn proxy server on and enter the IP address that is on the blocker
Then you are bypassed.(also you have to delete whatever patch you are bypassing before you do this )
