(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); this is the best patch out there at the moment i think enyway and i have got to try this patch

Yes, they gave me some when I used to post things, but since nobody liked my posts, I dont get more REP, but what does it mean?

It's a measurement of how good your content is. The more rep you have, the better content. At least that's what is was meant for.
