Well i know how to do everything apart from getting the patch on to my jailbreak to data transfer to my legit ps3.
I have tried the pkg installer but it just goes to a black screen nothing more.
Or do i not even need the 1.11 patch?

U overwrite 1.12 patch_mp.ff to 1.11 and delete dafault_mp. Then just go mw2, u dont need to bypass but ur friends need.

Ahhh ok thanks so all i do is get the 1.12 update then ftp the 1.11 mp.ff and replace it.
Heres me trying to find the 1.11 lol thanks for that.
Also i guess that means the people i want to join my game will need to bypass it.

Dont bother doing that, Just download a 1.11 .pkg from the internet ( Make sure its your region or you'll get a black screen ) Than Delete the 1.12 Update from your PS3 and install the 1.11 Update through the 'Install Package Files' Than FTP your patch_mp.ff

My guess is you black screened because you didnt download the correct region.

Well the one i got said it was universal but even then i thought how can it be and obviously it was wrong or fake because you guys on here know your stuff on this.
Ill try find the uk version and give that a go.

all you need to do it go to the 1.12 update on your Jb ps3 delete default mp.self this would allow 1.11 mod to work , so after you just put in a 1.11 mod which would overwrite the 1.12 patch now you can host, but your bypass so you friend have to bypass with elite mossy ppatch blocker or RFOM

Download the 1.11 pkg file if u has a broken ps3....
