i'm not sure i understood what you meant but if you are talking about the aim lockon strength then here it is:

change aim_lockon_strength anywhere from 1 to 9999 (or greater if you want but i'd stick with nothing over 9999)

example: aim_lockon_strength 99999

i think he means like 4 headshots or aim at chest
