If not can you atleast tell me how to get to lvl 70 because my friend was able to recently AFTER the patch but he wont tell me how. also ive heard in the prestige hacking forum that people were doing it for others for money but how do they do it please help

This is only for level 70 and whatever prestige you want, all unlocks requires you to have ps3's and and have one jailbroken.... or just get lucky while playing on bypass servers...
