Q: How do i add a message to multiplayer start-up like fallen's v3/v4? its the scrolling text one

A: Use This Program You must login or register to view this content. to get the ps3 zone the open it en hxd hex editor then go down to offset 0000DE20 and there u can change the text of it .then inject the zone to the patch again. this is the same way u mod the models to have a clip on 127, infinite ammo and explosive bullets. just another offset and codes (Credits to zFlavouR)

Q: How do i rename the directories? like when you open the patch it will say DVARS/Located/Here.cfg if anyone could tell me how to edit those it would be much appreciated

A: In ps3 ff viewer by buc-shots just press rename after you did that just press save .gsc(Credits to zFlaVouR)

1) When you open a Patch in ff. Viewer there is the patch_mp.ff-extract.dat file or depending on what the patch is it will be different. But it will have extract.dat on the end. That message is located in that file, you just through the dat into a hex editor. The thing is I dont know how to have it change in the game. I've gone in the extract and changed the text, than saved it and closed ff viewer so it packs it back but when i go in the game it still the same, maybee you have to repack it manually im not sure.

2) This is really easy. When your in ff.viewer you right click on the directory and press rename, than simply rename to your liking

I've tried that in the ps3 fastfile editor but it didn't work. do i have to do it in the xbox ff viewer? and okay i will see what i can find in the extract.dat

everytime i press edit it doesn't do anything. it wnt let me edit it..?
