Thats the only the only reason i can think of as to why it wouldnt work for you.

I wanted to convert the 6.1.1 patch to bles-00686 with PCFreak30_MW2_Patch_Converter.
The file size changed from 138 kb to 100 kb. Is this ok? (I can´t test it right now; i have to get my friends hacked ps3 at first)

Then i can´t use the patch. BuC-ShoTz's MW2 Patch Converter doesn´t work ->windows xp

there is nothing wrong with the converters, the patch itself cannot be edited or converted by default, you have to fix it yourself..
but you probs dont know what i mean... so ill just convert it for you, check the first post
