There's way Too Much..
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok, so after my little "derank" battle yesterday, I've learned a little about this stuff...

So, my question, is there any easy, simple infections, like red dot aim, or super fast reload, that can be sent to me and kept? What i mean by kept, is that they don't go away when I sign out?

I figured if someone can send me something to level me up to 10th, 70, why can't they send me something that will give me instant reload or infinite ammo that sticks to my account?

If this something that is being worked on or something that just isn't gonna happen?

thanks!!!

This is not possible, once the ps3 is turned off non of the infections work.

Yep, only data that is changed on your local machine (set_playerdata) and then uploaded to the IW servers can be changed. Rank, Prestige, Stats, and, if infections allowed more characters Unlock all would be saved.
Any infections are saved on your loacal machine, but are kicked out of memory once the game reads the update patch again.

so, can you help me kind of understand like, how to you actually "put" the infections on your machine (PS)? I guess that is the part I'm most confused about. I've read so much and downloaded all these patch makers and patches ect. but I have no idea how to actually install them onto my PS.

Here's an advice: don't just jump into conclusion... find your way first.

You cannot edit a patch the way your trying to it will just change itself back, unless you transfere via 2 ps3s like everyone does

Yea, I did some more research. I guess it has something to do with the 3.66 update or something? The infections won't run on the PSN servers or some stuff?

I don't know...I'm gonna try and find an old PS3. I'll figure it out....one way or another...
