As you said above by the file size, This can EASILY be changed by a "File Crop" or theres even a program called "File Pumper" Basically it can delete blocks in the file, or can add wasted space, so THERE is a control for the file size.
And as for the "You cant run it", When you build your "Server" for your RAT and say if you were to bind it as a Fast file. There is an option on almost every RAT such as Dark Comet, Sub zero, etc and you do have the option to FORCE RN it, as the FF is NOT making affects to the computer the SERVER is dumb ass :dumb:
You do realise you can bind a RAT to anything right? :dumb:
