You can bind any file to anything. I know that. Also if you have a decent antivirus it detects rats upon downloading.
Also the file pumper programs adds empty bytes to the end of the program which all you would need to do is open it in hex editor and look at the end to see if there are a lot of empty bytes.

You can have a FUD crypter so its FUD, secondly yes you are right BUT thats if your pumping the file aka adding more space to it not taking away.
