I think that after 1 teamkill, you start to lose xp would cut down on the number of teamkillers out there.

I think you should lose XP, and the player should decide whether or not that player should be kicked after 3 team kills

But what If someone just leveled up and unlocked a gun. They use the gun in the next game and accidentally kill a teammate and get demoted. Can they use the gun for the rest of the game? What happens to his custom class that had the gun?
