its alright dont worry about it everyone makes mistakes. but also yes there is. there are many mods/hacks you can do (but not on mp (multiplayer) ) some of which are the special ops and campaign mods located in the MW2 Exploits and Hacks section or the well know prestige hack which still works and is stickied in this section as well
