Since 2008
Some people think the code is
ui_allow_teamchange 1
but that only works when your host.
The correct code to switch team when your not host is the private match code
xblive_privatematch 1;xblive_rankedmatch 0
Put that in your patch and you can change team when not host
There is a weird thing with it where after you change team you will still show on the team you were on but will spawn on the other side.
The other team will still look like the enemy but cant kill you and you cant kill them you have to kill your old team who still show up in green
Enjoy the code if you dont have it
I dont claim to have found this as i am sure it was found before i am just reminding the people who forgot and informing the people who didnt know

Its funny how the first code doesn't even work for me when I'm host on 1.13 but you say it does... But I will definitely try the second code...

Now this code is the shit! You can change your team when YOUR NOT HOST but only if your alive and if there is room on the other team... For example your playing SnD and your team has 6 people in it and the other team has 6 people in it too... Therefore you can not change teams because there is no room on the other team for you to switch... But if your team has 6 people in it and the other team has 5 people in it you may change teams if you wish because now there is room for you...
AND you can also change your team when YOUR HOST... But its the same thing... You have to be alive and there has to be room for you...
I was also did a little playing with it and if your in an online match and YOUR HOST, you activate the code it turns it into a private match... So you can end the game by just pressing START and then press END GAME... And then when the game is over it takes you to a private match lobby... So now everyone that was in your online match is now in your private match lobby! LOL REALLY FUNNY!

When your NOT HOST and you change teams if still says that your on the team that you started on but u spawn on the other side and your enemies still show like there your enemies but there your team mates now and your team mates still show like there your team mates but there your enemies now... LOL Pretty confusing but once you'll try it out you'll see what I'm talking about...
