-Alright, so starting from the very beginning.
-You will need to have an internet connection on your cfw ps3.
-You guys are going to want to download one of these 1.13 updates depending on your region.

-Once downloaded, put it on a usb flashdrive and install it into your PS3.
-Once it is installed you are going to want to install this link for a FTP server pkg.: You must login or register to view this content. and once you've downloaded it, put it on your usb and install it on to your PS3.
-When it's installed click on it so it opens and an IP address in red colors pops up.
-Now go to your computer.
-Now download this program which helps you connect your PS3 to your computer: You must login or register to view this content.
-Once you've installed that into your computer you are going to click twice on it so it opens.
-On FileZilla, click 'File' then 'Site Manager' then 'New Site'.
-Look at the IP address on your PS3 because this will be the 'host' for FileZilla.
-On FileZilla, the port you need to type in is 21.
-The username is FTPD12345.
-You will not need a password.
-Now once you have done that and your IP addresses match then click connect.
-Now go to hdd0.
-Then go to BLUS 30377 or BLES00683.
-Once in there delete the default_mp.self.
-Then replace the patch_mp with one of the 1.11 patches I'll provide at the bottom of this post.
-After you've done that, you're done just close out, do a data transfer, and you'll be hosting MW2 1.11 challenge lobbies on a 1.13 update without a patch blocker.

I do not have a particular liking of these patches. In my opinion they are all great. And for those that don't know, they are region free.

Or there is an alternative option. You can install a 1.11 update with a modded 1.11 patch and edit the PARAM.sfo file to 1.13 with a PARAM.sfo editor.

deleting the default_mp.self just takesyou to the bypass server when online doesnt it? you cannot actually be online with legit players.

It simpler than this, Just open ftp and detele the default.ff

No it won't work that way because you meed to copy the game update with it, which you can't do unless you do a data transfer.

Not sure if I did understand him, but he can use the backup utility to switch between patches, and for normal use. I do it all the time.

This post is going to make so many leechers mad. If you did not know this already, this takes you straight to bypass. I personally like having more game modes to select from. So I play on 1.13, legit, and have fun with the crappy modifications that come with it. If you are reading this, and think what I am saying is pointless, then make the derp mistake of thinking this is really 1.13... :derp:
