-Alright, so starting from the very beginning.
-You will need to have an internet connection on your cfw ps3.
-You guys are going to want to download one of these 1.13 updates depending on your region.

BLUS30377:You must login or register to view this content.
BLES00683: You must login or register to view this content.
BLES00687: You must login or register to view this content.

-Once downloaded, put it on a usb flashdrive and install it into your PS3.
-Once it is installed you are going to want to install this link for a FTP server pkg.: You must login or register to view this content. and once you've downloaded it, put it on your usb and install it on to your PS3.
-When it's installed click on it so it opens and an IP address in red colors pops up.
-Now go to your computer.
-Now download this program which helps you connect your PS3 to your computer: You must login or register to view this content.
-Once you've installed that into your computer you are going to click twice on it so it opens.
-On FileZilla, click 'File' then 'Site Manager' then 'New Site'.
-Look at the IP address on your PS3 because this will be the 'host' for FileZilla.
-On FileZilla, the port you need to type in is 21.
-The username is FTPD12345.
-You will not need a password.
-Now once you have done that and your IP addresses match then click connect.
-Now go to hdd0.
-Then go to BLUS 30377 or BLES00683.
-Once in there delete the default_mp.self.
-Then replace the patch_mp with one of the 1.11 patches I'll provide at the bottom of this post.
-After you've done that, you're done just close out, do a data transfer, and you'll be hosting MW2 1.11 challenge lobbies on a 1.13 update without a patch blocker.

I do not have a particular liking of these patches. In my opinion they are all great. And for those that don't know, they are region free.

Or there is an alternative option. You can install a 1.11 update with a modded 1.11 patch and edit the PARAM.sfo file to 1.13 with a PARAM.sfo editor.

Well you play the game on the OFW PS3, so yeah you need the disk.

I'm actually sitting on the toilet, taking a glorious dump. But that's not the point. My point is this:

With all of the people claiming to see 1.11 patches on 1.13 while ONLINE, IN LOBBIES...ON 1.13, how is that possible? This will not allow you to go online, but only in a private match, am I correct? Kind of dumb, because not many of my friends play MW2 anymore. Does anyone have a solution to get 1.11 back on 1.13, since apparently it's been happening a lot lately?

:lol: 4 people who think this works, Deleting default_mp.self doesn't Let u host on 1.13 It just lets you host bypass with no patch blocker ik because when i delete mine it says 1.13 but its really 1.11 so this is useless anyone can be fooled by this/facepalm

All 1.11 patches are region free. So yeah, you can use any.

Great opening sentence by the way, but this allows you to play team deathmatch and every other lobby and not just private match. I play with people, who I don't know, in S&, TD, and any other lobby that's on MW2.
