My friends have clued me on in a e-mail they have resieved from gamestation after pre-ordering, it states that due to current postal strikes the modernwarfare copys might not be in stores on the expected date, hopefully they will be over and we can get back to happy gaming lol. I will try and get a copy of the e-mail in question and you can all see for yourself what a silly world we live in lol.

I would like to hear your thoughts on this, i shall get back to you with a copy of the e-mail in a few hours

not for play.com because they dnt use royal mail, the post man came today and posted pes 10 through my letterbox, didnt need 2 sign it or anything, just posted through the box so play.com is probably the best place to pre-order MW2 right now

I read this on play.com but I'm not worried, the strikes are now, the delivery is 20 day's away the back-log will be sorted way before then.

Can't you just get in store pickup? Thats what I'm doing but I live in US. Or is this like an online only thing and they have no stores?

Haha wewt! It says on amazon.co.uk postal strike wont effect it, thank god i ordered from there!!!

If I lived in England I would just wait till November 10th, and if I don't get it after school I would just go to my local store that has MW2 stocked and I will buy it there. And when MW2 does arrive, I will returned my store bought copy.
