Third person view is now available in gamemodes called ‘3rd Person Team Deathmatch’ and ‘3rd Person Cage Match’. We also learn that Last Stand has made it into Modern Warfare 2, but not as a perk, this time around it’s one of the four Deathstreak rewards (we think this is how Infinity Ward have treated Martyrdom too). Last Stand joins Painkiller and Copycat on the Deathstreak reward list.

Please learn how to read, you can play third person PUBLIC matches ONLY if thats the game mode you selected from the playlist. 3rd person is ONLY in CERTAIN game modes and private matches IF you enable it as an option.
Idk how much clearer I can be with this.
