Step by step (if you are unable to work it out.)

1. climb up the ladder, onto the roof.
2. Jump and crouch to the second balcony, visible from the start point located on the diagram.
3.Jump to the next balcony
4. Jump to the corner and your in.

Really simple & nice room.

another way to get the is if you go to the ladder at the top right of the diagram. Once you climb the ladder turn around and jump to the awning, from the awning jump to the balcony and climb up and walk in the secret room.
