Step by step (if you are unable to work it out.)

1. climb up the ladder, onto the roof.
2. Jump and crouch to the second balcony, visible from the start point located on the diagram.
3.Jump to the next balcony
4. Jump to the corner and your in.

Really simple & nice room.

its not a glitch, infinity ward made it so you can jump in there because next to the secret room theres ladders, u can jump from the ladders onto a sunroof thing and then u can climp in the secret room by pressing X for PS3 and A for Xbox 360
