I know how to get it, and unless your boosting don't bother, you have to get two fall camos. Trust me, me and my friend were doing headshots and I got it after two fall camos and same with him.

A friend of mine has the IW emblem but doesnt have any fall camo's so there must be another way to get it? it might be a certain amount of headshots maybe?

It should tell you how you got it, half the time when i do unlock something i have no idea how i did it.

L I unlocked it today wen i unlocked all attachments for my ACR I'm lvl 64..

i got it at level 61 or 62 but ive got 2 camo's so im not too sure. have a look at level 61-62

You Get the IW. emblem when your 50 or higher Rank in Mw2 ( OBVIOUSLY ) lOl .
