saw somewhere that Infinity Ward's giving it out like recon in Halo, but I highly doubt it

EDIT: You get it by completing the "Wargasm" challenge, which is getting 3 kill streak rewards in under 20 seconds

I think it would be cooler for IW to give out the Juggernaut armor rather than an emblem. (Just no ridiculous amounts of health. LOL)
