TAR-21: 466 2/3 DPS
FN FAL (2): ? DPS
F2000: (1) 437 1/2 DPS
AK-47: (1) 433 1/3 DPS
Explanation:
[Weapon Name] ([Fire Type]): [Damage Dealt in one second] DPS
[Weapon Name] The name of the gun
[Fire Type] 1 for full-auto, 2 for semi-auto, and 3 for three-burst.
[Damage Dealt in one second (DPS)] The amount of damage that the gun can give in one second. You can also use this to find the number of enemies you can kill in a second and how long it would take to kill one enemy. For example...
The SCAR-H: 400 DPS. since enemies have 100 health (normally) you can divide 400 by 100 to find how many enemies you can kill in a second with the SCAR-H. And you can divide 100 by 400 to find how long it takes to kill an enemy (100/400=.25=25%=1/4 of a second)
Note: If there is a ? for the DPS, then the gun is not fully automatic, and therefore the shooting rate changes based on your trigger finger.
Looking at the DPS, and considering the weapon type and shooting rate (full-auto, semi-auto, ect) you might decide to try a different gun. I started using the TAR-21 instead of the SCAR-H based on the DPS, and I like it a lot better!
Remember, Infinity Ward does a good job at making the guns evenly matched, so if a gun has a higher DPS, it doesn’t mean it will be better for you. It will probably be less accurate or take longer to reload. So it depends on your playing style. If you are a close range player, accuracy won’t matter much, and if you always get a couple kills and then die, then you may never need to reload and the reload speed won’t matter.
Now for the rest of the weapons:
*** Sub Machine Guns ***
MP5K (1): 480 DPS
P90 (1): 455 DPS
Uzi (1): 450 DPS
Vector (1): 450 DPS

Remember, the damages used for these can change, such as if you are farther away, using a silenced weapon, ect.
Also, the DPS of a gun will change (slightly

) depending on where you hit somebody (thanks EvilRip0306)
