(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Is it really worth prestiging? Apart from a few funky callsigns, there doesn't seem to be a good reason for me to lose all my weapons camos at attachment. Thoughts...

What I did was figure out the FASTEST path of the weapon challenges to get there, and I'm just going to repeat that when I prestige. Until then, I'm going to max out everything I have to earn it all now because of what I did put into it already. Then I'll go for the next set of challenges. Bottom line is...I'm not spoiled by having all the big scopes. I rarely use them anyways. Most of the time, I'm using iron sights.

Then again, I understand not everyone plays like me. I know there are lots of top ranked no prestige people that do this, but the ones that are actually dedicated to learning all the aspects of every gun before they enter prestige will be that much more prepared for it.

I would recommend getting into the first prestige and doing all the challeneges on that one before going up again. All of the weapons you can do two challenges at once for the kills and headshots while in prestige.

The thing is, I have a lot of the challenges completed already in the non-prestige set that would be the same across the board. I don't want to get them reset now. I'll focus on the prestige challenges when I enter prestige and say F the rest because I already got them before. I'm talking all the current killstreak awards (like dropping 1000 or 10000 total crates via sentry gun, airdrop or emergency drop for example). So long as I practice with all basic sets before I enter prestige, the challenge won't be there, and I'll know exactly what to do if I want to level quickly.

It's a double edge sword situation, but in some cases people just might want to prestige early because the challenges make it easier to gain exp. However, you're losing all the progress on uncompleted challenges once you prestige. So for now, I'll just keep what I got until there's no, or barely any challenges left. (like some of the really insane out of the blue challenges that are the bottom of the lists for example "How the ?"...shoot explosive through wall to kill enemy) One thing is for sure, the only tactical advantage you get to prestiging is experience by force, rather then choice.
