not impossible u can do this but u cant save it unless u prestige.

I know how he did it, Instead of having his rank 70 he did the prestige glitch, but when he went back to play online he didn't click prestige. Meaning he has all the stuff and you can play online with it but when you turn off your ps3 it wont save. So it's pointless just trying to get attention.

A tutorial? and when u restart the game you STILL have emblems, titles, etc?

Easily done, but when you exit the game you must do the hack again the next time you start the game or you wont have any of it.
